Sampath Events exists to remove the coordination burden from event planning in Sri Lanka — replacing four or five separate suppliers with a single accountable team.
Our core mission
Eliminating event complexity through total ecosystems
Traditional event planning in Sri Lanka forces clients to coordinate between isolated vendors — chairs from one supplier, canopies from another, a separate lighting crew, and a printer who has never seen the venue. When something slips, everyone points at someone else.
We were built to solve that fragmentation. By holding event design, corporate branding, marquee rentals, luxury seating, stage production and on-site coordination in house, there is one team, one schedule and one point of accountability from the first message to the final breakdown.
That is what we mean by total event solutions — not a longer list of services, but a shorter list of people you have to chase.

Our standards
Three principles we do not negotiate on
- Principle 01
Quality you can photograph
Every gold Tiffany chair, marquee cover and concrete-base flag pole is cleaned, inspected and repaired before it leaves our store. Equipment that photographs badly gets pulled from rotation, not sent out.

Structural safety first
Outdoor setups in Sri Lanka contend with monsoon rain and coastal wind. We use engineered concrete ballast and heavy-duty trusses rather than lightweight fixings — and we will say no to a layout we consider unsafe.
- Principle 03
Punctual, island-wide
Our own logistics crews work from Colombo to Kandy, Galle and beyond. Setup is scheduled to complete hours before your first guest arrives, with the rigging window agreed in writing beforehand.
